Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Criterion website and all products and services provided or offered.

This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and ongoing service and product fees.

We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.will not share your private communications with any third party unless compelled to do so by law. For billing/payment purpose, our website uses BrainTree, a Paypal company (https://www.braintreegateway.com/) and all the billing information and payments are provided directly to BrainTree and NOT to Criterion Networks.

Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website and only with the direct supervision of your parent or guardian. People under the age of 13 are not allowed to register as a Criterion Networks member.
